How do I change my graduation year?
Q: How do I change my graduation year?
A: The steps to change your graduation year is to delete yourself from the school and re-add yourself. Sounds like a lot for just that, but really, it is only three numbers that are removed or added (including the correct school year) to the database.
Q: How do I register with my school?
A: If you do not have an account, start at step #1, otherwise, login and start at step #2.
  1. Create an account in Reunion Hall. If you do not have a Reunion Hall account, click on the "Registration" link in the "LOGIN AREA" in the upper-right of the home page. An e-mail containing authentication instructions will be sent to your e-mail account.
  2. Next, use the search feature to find your school.
  3. Add yourself to your school by clicking the link "If you went to this school, add yourself!" below the name of the school. After clicking on the link, you have to select the year you graduated from the school, or the year you would have normally graduated if you stayed.
  4. If you attended more schools, repeat steps 2 and 3.

Q: Moderator: What is a Moderator?
A: What is a moderator?

...an arbitrator or mediator...

Well, Reunion Hall Moderators are those who assist, supervise and intervene, when necessary, within their realm of influence.

What are the responsibilities of a Reunion Hall Moderator?

The Moderator can
 - edit the school information
 - delete forum messages

Basically, in place of the Reunion Hall webmaster/administrator, a moderator watches the school´s alumni, intervene, modify, or delete items when necessary.  One person can not watch thousands of forums and sites, let alone, tens of thousands of members crawling around this site.  Therefore, each school requires a ´moderator´ to watch the activities so these activities can be performed, otherwise, those activities will not be allowed or enabled.

If you have any questions, feel free to write the HelpDesk(at)Everynowandthen.com.

Okay, now go out there, find one of your schools and become a moderator and let the rest of the alumni use all the features of Reunion Hall!

Q: School Forum: Why do I have to log into the school forum?
A: We are using an open-source application which requires a login.

If you don´t want to see the login form each time, after entering your username and password, check the checkbox after "Log me on automatically each visit:" On your next visit, you will not see this login.

Q: What happened to my account? (Returning member)
A: Due to the complete rebuild, the member information was not able to be converted or carried over sufficiently to ensure the account`s security.

Everyone must register as if it was a brand new site.
